💼 About This Role

You'll join Baptist Home Health by BAYADA to provide speech therapy services to adult and geriatric clients in their homes. You'll have the flexibility of full-time, part-time, or per-diem schedules while making a meaningful impact on patients' independence and quality of life.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform evaluations for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care for independent living.
• Document patient care using a touch pad tablet.

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Florida.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech from ASHA or equivalent.
• Solid computer skills; experience with EMR preferred.

• Home health experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
