You'll join Alan's Growth team to build AI-augmented organic growth engines across four markets. You'll create automated workflows and agents that turn monitoring, gap analysis, and content drafts into a continuous pipeline. Help Alan become the most cited health brand across LLMs and search engines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build automated workflows and agents for organic growth
• Contribute to keyword and prompt roadmap using monitoring tools
• Globalize AI workflows across geographies with local teams
• Direct AI content output with human judgment and taste

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of growth or marketing experience (internships count)
• Fluent in French and English
• AI-native experience with tools like Claude

• Experience with SEO/GEO tools like Profound, SEMrush
• Understanding of customer psychology in health/insurance
