Description

As a Territory Manager at Charlie Health, you'll develop go-to-market strategies and build relationships with clinical partners to help expand access to life-saving behavioral health treatment. You'll be the frontline representative in your community, working with patients, parents, and providers to connect them to personalized virtual care.

Requirements

• Located in Greater Chicago, IL
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years sales experience with overachieving KPIs preferred
• Experience with healthcare organizations preferred
• Ability to travel locally (4-5 days/week) with valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources in priority markets
• Conduct field meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
