You'll join the Automations pod at Granted, building scalable workflows to simplify healthcare navigation. You'll design distributed systems and integrate AI models to automate complex case work. This is a rare chance to shape technical strategy at a well-funded seed-stage company backed by Hugging Face and Oscar Health founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable systems and APIs for agentic workflows.
• Implement prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, and model evaluation loops.
• Collaborate with product and domain experts to automate healthcare processes.
• Architect systems for reliability and transparent human escalation pathways.

📋 Requirements

• 9+ years of backend engineering experience building production systems.
• Deep curiosity about AI, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
• Ability to design pragmatic solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Clear communication and collaboration across disciplines.
