You'll serve as the operational glue in the mortgage process, guiding borrowers through documentation and ensuring loan files stay accurate and on track. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide borrowers through documentation via phone, email, and text.
• Review credit, income, and asset docs for compliance and accuracy.
• Identify documentation needs and maintain file accuracy.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and Closers.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of mortgage operations experience.
• Experience managing a borrower pipeline with daily communication.
• Familiarity with FHA, Conventional, and USDA loan products (preferred).
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm in time zone.
