Description

You will lead end-to-end execution of strategic retailer launches across grocery and other verticals, from scoping through go-live and stabilization. You'll drive cross-functional alignment, leverage AI tools to improve processes, and ensure zero-defect launches while scaling systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting, strategy operations, or program management
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
• Strong ownership mentality and initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retailer launches (scoping to post-launch stabilization) across grocery and other retail verticals
• Own launch and configuration of delivery and pickup fulfillment models
• Identify inefficiencies and drive cross-functional solutions to reduce time-to-launch
• Develop SOPs, tooling adoption strategies, and escalation frameworks
• Provide structured status updates, surface risks, and monitor launched retailers for configuration issues
