Description

You will support textile development and color management across categories, ensuring color accuracy, sample tracking, and milestone adherence from concept to launch. You'll partner cross-functionally with Design, Production, and Packaging teams, reviewing lab dips and color submits.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in product development, sourcing, or color management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with PLM systems or product development tracking tools
• Preferred: experience with color review and home textiles

Responsibilities

• Support product development execution and track development timelines
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep projects on schedule
• Execute color development and approvals, including reviewing lab dips and color submits
• Coordinate supplier communication for sample development and color alignment
• Maintain product data and documentation in PLM and WIP systems
