Description

You will provide end-to-end support for Space Systems hardware, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting in the field. You'll work directly with customers to ensure seamless integration within government buildings, coordinating with subcontractors and adhering to building codes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of electrical systems (low-voltage and high-voltage)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 75%
• Proven experience in server installation, cable routing, and electrical coordination
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for Space Systems hardware, including setup and configuration
• Troubleshoot hardware issues in real-time with analytical thinking
• Configure and troubleshoot networking environments (Cisco, VLANs, routing)
• Install, configure, and rack servers, switches, and related equipment
• Coordinate installation of electrical power systems (UPS, PDUs, grounding)
