Description

You will lead and develop a team of Account Executives who work directly with medical practices across the Eastern and Central United States, turning provider interest into real referral partnerships that get patients into needed care. This role requires ~50% travel and involves coaching your team through in-person sales tactics to shift providers' perspectives on mental health as a clinical responsibility.

Requirements

• 7+ years of field sales experience selling to outpatient medical practices across multiple practice types and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
• 2+ years of direct people management with at least 3 direct reports in a field sales environment.
• Hands-on accountability for field activity metrics alongside revenue outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and retain high-performing reps.
• Comfort managing a distributed team remotely.
• Proven ability to drive provider behavior change beyond the point of agreement.
• Hands-on experience with in-person sales tactics in clinical settings.
• Comfortable in clinical environments and capable of coaching reps on field presence.
• Must be based in EST or CST timezone with ability to travel ~50% or more.
