Description

You will use your technical expertise to conduct source code investigations and assist in intellectual property litigation. You'll analyze software, systems, and technical evidence, and help prepare expert reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or programming-focused discipline (advanced degree preferred)
• 2-5 years of related work experience
• Deep understanding of C, Java, or Python
• Experience with source code analysis, binary reverse engineering, or hardware functional testing
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed investigations of source code and systems in IP litigation contexts
• Leverage technical expertise to support counsel in patent, copyright, and trade secret disputes
• Analyze source code, database schemas, system configurations, and technical documentation
• Assist in preparing expert reports and declarations on technical findings
• Implement quality control measures and document analysis procedures
