  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues from customers
  • Handle inbound and outbound support across email, phone, chat, and video
  • Research and replicate reported problems, raising bug reports
  • Act as escalation point for Tier 1 support cases

  • 1-3 years of customer service or technical support experience
  • Basic working knowledge of CSS and HTML
  • Fluency in Italian and English
