๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues from customers
- Handle inbound and outbound support across email, phone, chat, and video
- Research and replicate reported problems, raising bug reports
- Act as escalation point for Tier 1 support cases
๐ Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service or technical support experience
- Basic working knowledge of CSS and HTML
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
