🎯 What You'll Do

• **Design and build** declarative Salesforce solutions using Flows and validation rules.
• **Optimise GTM processes** to reduce manual work and improve data consistency.
• **Use AI tools** (ChatGPT, Claude Code) to accelerate analysis and solution generation.
• **Own data quality** by enforcing standards and fixing root causes.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce declarative development.
• Deep expertise in Flows, validation rules, reporting, and data models.
• Proven track record of building and delivering solutions end-to-end.
• Active daily use of AI tools for analysis and development.
