💼 About This Role

You'll act as the bridge between Rune's engineering teams and military partners to translate operational needs into software solutions. You'll drive success from the tactical edge to high-level command by deploying AI-enabled logistics tools. This role offers high ownership with a direct impact on national defense.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work side-by-side with customers to understand challenges and represent them to engineering.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure teams align on customer success.
• Support deployment of Rune software at government facilities and military bases.
• Lead training sessions to ensure product meets user needs and has concrete impact.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years US military logistics or sustainment experience
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Willingness to travel 25-50%
• Eligible for U.S. secret security clearance
