Description

You will architect systems that power thousands of real estate transactions monthly, building AI-driven automation to eliminate manual financial workflows and give Finance teams real-time insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering with strong Python, Go, or similar languages
• Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms and SQL
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• Proven ability to understand complex business workflows and design technical solutions
• Deep conviction that AI should eliminate manual work

Responsibilities

• Build intelligent automation for financial workflows using AI agents and workflow orchestration
• Design and own integrations connecting ERP, spend management, banking, and data warehouse systems
• Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Implement observability and reliability practices for production financial data systems
• Apply software engineering best practices to financial systems
