💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for DebtBook's treasury management platform, focusing on mid-market organizations. Your core impact will be exceeding revenue targets by building consultative relationships with finance leaders. This role offers the chance to shape Go-to-Market strategy as an early sales team member.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing mid-market deals
• Exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Conduct product demos for finance leaders and decision-makers
• Collaborate with marketing, SDR, and partnership teams to build pipeline

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of consultative SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a net-new logo environment
• Excellent storytelling and discovery skills for uncovering pain points
• Experience in FinTech or financial software industry

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience selling to state/local government or education
• Accounting or finance background
• Familiarity with GASB 87 and GASB 96 standards
