Description

You will provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first telehealth model. You'll have time to listen, educate, and personalize care while supported by a collaborative team and technology.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (FL preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms and EMRs

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care for women in midlife via telehealth
• Conduct purposeful visits with time to listen and educate
• Manage patient care including labs, prescriptions, and referrals
• Collaborate with clinical team and care coordinators
• Participate in weekly clinical education
