• Lead department-level program planning, milestone definition, and resource allocation
• Anticipate bottlenecks, escalate issues, and manage tradeoffs
• Drive cross-functional dependency and risk identification and mitigation
• Create automated reporting and track program health across all levels

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of program management experience in matrix software organizations
• Jira power user proficiency
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent applicable experience
• Deep understanding of agile principles and their application
