💼 About This Role

You'll join Belvedere Trading's Business team to develop insightful analysis and reporting that drives long-term strategic decisions. You'll work closely with the CFO and Head of FP&A, using financial metrics to provide insight into trading desk performance and support budgeting and forecasting. This role offers exposure to a dynamic proprietary trading environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze KPI trends and identify variance causes
• Create presentations with actionable insights
• Develop and improve budgets and forecasts
• Build dashboards using business intelligence tools

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years of FP&A or similar analytical experience
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar BI platform
• Proficiency in SQL or similar data technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Programming languages like Python or R
• Experience with Adaptive, Anaplan, or Vena
• Broker-Dealer experience
