You'll manage and execute all payroll operations for Wing Assistant, ensuring accurate and timely processing for our growing team. You'll be critical to maintaining compliance and confidentiality. This role offers the chance to streamline processes and collaborate across departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees.
• Manage payroll using Wise and other online transfer platforms.
• Calculate wages, bonuses, overtime, and deductions accurately.
• Audit payroll data and reconcile accounts to resolve variances.

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency with online payroll platforms (e.g., Wise, Deel, Gusto, ADP).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
• High level of accuracy and ability to resolve financial discrepancies.

• Experience in a remote or distributed team environment.
• Familiarity with international payroll and cross-border payment systems.
• Professional Payroll Certification (CPP or FPC).
