You'll drive INFINIT's market entry in Germany, owning the full sales cycle for SMEs. You'll build a pipeline, run outbound campaigns, and become a trusted advisor to German small businesses. This role offers high growth potential in a fast-moving fintech scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of SME clients
  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Run targeted outbound campaigns across multiple channels
  • Provide structured feedback to shape product and strategy

📋 Requirements

  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally to SMEs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of German SME challenges
  • Fluent in German (native/near-native) and English

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience
