You'll troubleshoot complex product issues for OneTrust's AI-Ready Governance Platform, working with customers and product teams to resolve root causes. You'll build deep platform expertise and contribute to knowledge articles. This role offers the chance to develop privacy industry expertise with certification support.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Resolve Level 2/3 support cases and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage workload and update customers on progress
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify root causes
  • Maintain platform knowledge and complete release training

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Degree or 1-5 years work experience in similar role
  • Experience with OneTrust Privacy platform or technical skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, APIs)
  • Complex analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Privacy industry experience or CIPP/E / CIPM certified
  • Language skills (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese)
  • Familiarity with IAB TCF 2.0 framework
