💼 About This Role

You'll join the Authentication Experience team to craft the sign-in and unlock experience for 1Password's apps. You'll integrate tightly with our authentication stack to create a seamless, delightful experience for business and consumer users. This role offers a chance to shape the first point of entry into a market-leading cybersecurity product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead development, testing, and debugging of production software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with product requirements.
• Mentor junior developers through technical guidance and best practices.
• Drive technical design and improvements for performance and scalability.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years building production systems in Rust.
• 2+ years in the authentication and identity domain.
• Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, WebAuthn, passkeys, or MFA.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kotlin, Swift, Rust, JavaScript, Go, or related languages.
• Demonstrated ability to pick up new languages quickly.
