You'll own and drive end-to-end AI initiatives that transform core processes across IT, HR, Finance, and Sales. You'll turn AI from experimentation into measurable productivity gains by leading cross-functional projects from idea to adoption. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full lifecycle of cross-functional AI initiatives from framing to production rollout
• Analyze and redesign business processes for agent-driven automation
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable AI solutions
• Define and report measurable impact: hours saved, cycle-time reduction, ROI

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a technical project/product manager with business analysis
• At least 1 year hands-on with AI projects
• Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar agent platforms
