💼 About This Role

You'll join our team at DIS-TRAN Steel in Washington Court House, OH, performing all welds needed on our structures. You'll work with speed and accuracy to produce quality products using blueprints and welding equipment. Come be part of a culture of respect and integrity where we get stuff done.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits.
• Position, align, and weld parts to form complete structures using blueprints.
• Examine steel or workpieces to ensure specifications are met.
• Operate manual welding equipment using gas metal arc process.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints required.
• Ability to read a tape measure required.
• Welding certification or prior welding experience preferred; GMAW experience preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Certifications or prior experience using moving machinery such as cranes.
• Previous welding experience.
