You'll lead and grow Fresha's presence in the DACH region by building a high-performing team and executing strategic sales plans. You'll drive commercial activities for beauty and wellness SaaS, surpassing partner expectations and scaling operations from the ground up. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing local sales team
- Manage sales funnel to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for market share growth
- Build partnerships with strategic salon chains and multi-site operators
๐ Requirements
- B2B commercial leadership experience in SaaS or digital marketplace
- Experience managing pre-sales, inside sales, business development, and account management
- Proven track record of target and KPI delivery across multiple locations
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in the beauty or wellness industry
- German language fluency (C2 level)
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM
