You'll own and accelerate the B2B footprint in Singapore for ElevenLabs, driving full-funnel growth from lead gen to conversion. You'll build complex outbound sequences targeting enterprise decision-makers and orchestrate high-impact events and campaigns. This role is a rare opportunity to shape the growth strategy in a fast-paced AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-funnel B2B growth pipeline from lead gen to conversion
• Set up, manage, and optimize outbound sequences for enterprise decision-makers
• Organize events, webinars, and trade shows end-to-end
• Create regional sales collateral and thought leadership content

📋 Requirements

• English and Mandarin speaker
• Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish
• Experience in early-stage startup or founder background
• Broad knowledge across performance marketing, data analysis, campaign execution, and event organization

✨ Nice to Have

• SEO and content strategy expertise
• Design skills (Figma/Adobe Suite)
• Experience with AI-native workflows
