💼 About This Role

You'll own the Transaction Monitoring product area at the intersection of First Line, Compliance, Engineering and Data, building scalable, regulator-ready controls across fiat, crypto, and card payment flows. Your roadmap will balance growth vs risk trade-offs while enabling traditional and digital asset payment rails. This role reports to the Head of Financial Crime Intelligence Product and offers the chance to shape compliance frameworks in a global fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve Transaction Monitoring rules and risk typologies
• Partner with Data Science on predictive AI model inputs and thresholds
• Manage vendor integrations for blockchain analytics and travel rule tools
• Translate regulatory requirements into product requirements for engineering

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years' experience as a Product Manager
• 2+ years working on AML / Transaction Monitoring products
• Hands-on exposure to crypto transaction monitoring or VASP compliance
• Experience with blockchain analytics tools (e.g. Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic)

• Experience building platforms serving B2B and B2B2C use cases
