You'll implement the Planful Financial Performance Management Suite for customers, translating their financial processes into scalable solutions. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, balancing best practices with customer-specific needs to drive adoption and long-term value. This role offers a chance to work with a leading FP&A platform used by global brands like Bose and Zappos.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with implementations from design through go-live.
• Collaborate with customers to understand financial processes and translate requirements.
• Guide customers toward best practices and challenge suboptimal requests.
• Manage scope, timelines, and risks to ensure predictable delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting, Finance, or FP&A.
• Prior consulting or professional services experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience implementing EPM/FPM platforms or complex business applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior executives.
