💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Product and Engineering to shape feature roadmaps and build analytics frameworks for Snowflake's AI-native products. Your work will directly influence customer-facing features and drive outcomes reported to the executive team. You'll be an early adopter of new Snowflake capabilities to provide design feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Product Management to define metrics and evaluate feature success
• Build scalable data models and production pipelines for telemetry
• Develop ML and causal inference frameworks for product insights
• Disseminate insights via Snowflake Notebooks, dashboards, or Streamlit apps

📋 Requirements

• MS/PhD in quantitative discipline (Math, Stats, OR, Econ, Engineering, or CS)
• 8+ years of relevant data science experience
• Expert in SQL and Python with scikit-learn, numpy, pandas
• Expert with large-scale machine-generated data (logs, telemetry, usage data)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MPP databases like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery
• Data-driven storytelling skills for executive audiences
