You'll join a remote-first digital assets company at the intersection of finance, product, and data. You'll transform complex financial and product data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across the business. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis across core product lines.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to support product strategy and pricing.
• Translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate growth drivers and revenue performance.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment analysis in high-growth environments.
• Strong financial modeling skills connecting data to business outcomes.
• Experience working with ambiguous data environments and structuring analysis independently.
• Strong understanding of digital or subscription-based businesses and key performance drivers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, digital assets, or Web3 environments.
• Familiarity with Pigment, Google Workspace, or similar financial planning systems.
• Exposure to capital allocation, M&A, or investment decision-making processes.
