🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical relationships for a portfolio of Tier 3 customers
• Act as key technical point of contact for complex issues
• Develop and maintain standardised TAM playbooks and frameworks
• Identify repeatable challenges and translate them into scalable processes

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a technical support or TAM role
• Strong troubleshooting skills within SaaS environments
• Excellent communication skills for varied audiences
• Experience with APIs or integrations (preferred)

• Proficiency in Google Sheets including formulas
