🎯 What You'll Do

• Assign trips to operators within margin parameters
• Monitor service delivery failures and execute alternate solutions
• Build and maintain vendor relationships via phone, email, and ticketing
• Analyze supply and demand trends including pricing and availability

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or vendor management
• Strong mathematical skills to calculate margins and analyze pricing data
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
• Proficiency in tools such as Slack, Sprinklr, and Excel
