You'll lead a team of production associates in a vehicle reconditioning center, ensuring cars meet rigorous quality standards. You'll manage daily operations to achieve production targets and uphold safety. Your leadership directly impacts team cohesion and process improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center safely.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and provide coaching to team members.
• Identify mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.
• Train team using Quality Control standards to complete repairs efficiently.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers for inventory management.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record for 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
