💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate the Rooted in Health initiative for the CDC Foundation and Kentucky Department for Public Health, focusing on expanding dental workforce capacity and implementing teledentistry infrastructure. You'll serve as the primary point of contact and manage operational, data, and stakeholder activities to improve rural oral health access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain program tracking tools like calendars, task trackers, and dashboards.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, stakeholder meetings, and site visits.
• Prepare status reports, briefing documents, and presentations for leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for initiative partners and facilitate collaboration.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in public health, health policy, health administration, dental hygiene, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination, healthcare operations, or public health administration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong data management and reporting skills with experience in performance metrics and compliance.
