You'll manage a caseload of personal injury matters in litigation, from filing complaints to negotiating settlements. You'll focus on case strategy and professional development with mentorship from senior attorneys. Trial participation is expected with gradual transition.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters in litigation
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including filing complaints
• Take and defend depositions throughout litigation
• Attend court appearances and negotiate settlements

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of Personal Injury Law experience
• Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation
• Juris Doctor degree and active CA bar membership
• Skills in Written Discovery and conducting Depositions
