💼 About This Role

You'll own technical programs across Crusoe's AI IaaS platform, aligning Product and Engineering on delivery. You'll drive GPU cluster commissioning and feature delivery for a purpose-built AI cloud. This role offers hands-on work with firmware, CUDA, and compute stacks in a fast-moving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery of defined feature sets or commissioning workstreams within IaaS and NPI programs.
• Personally manage technically complex programs, identify blockers early, and intervene to correct course.
• Lead Cloud TPM side of GPU cluster commissioning: define RFN acceptance criteria and readiness requirements.
• Coordinate with external partners such as hardware vendors and data center operations teams.

📋 Requirements

• AI infrastructure technical depth: hands-on knowledge of GPU firmware, CUDA, ROCm, and cluster tooling.
• GPU cluster commissioning familiarity: understanding of compute, networking, and storage workstreams.
• 5–10 years experience as a Technical Program Manager at a hyperscaler or neocloud in hardware delivery.
• Active daily use of AI tools to enhance program execution and communication.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on engineering background in hardware, systems, or firmware.
• Experience with GPU NPI programs or firmware deployment across compute fleets.
