You will lead a team to build and scale foundational data platforms for healthcare, tackling complex challenges like ingesting and serving heterogeneous graph data at global scale while ensuring proper access controls. This role involves hiring, mentoring, and driving technical roadmaps to create the healthcare database of the future.

Requirements

• 4+ years leading high-performing engineering teams with a track record of innovation
• 10+ years of total industry experience in software engineering
• Exceptional people leadership skills with experience coaching and developing engineers
• Deep experience delivering large-scale, foundational infrastructure systems
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
