You'll manage end-to-end hiring and people operations for a fast-growing proptech company. You'll independently handle recruitment and day-to-day HR tasks while maintaining high communication standards. This role offers 100% remote flexibility and a collaborative culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source, screen, schedule, and manage end-to-end hiring across functions.
• Handle employee queries and HR-related requests in a timely manner.
• Assist with offer letters, onboarding, HR documentation, and database updates.
• Support ad-hoc HR tasks and basic employee engagement initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of full-time HR experience from a product-based startup.
• Strong hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle ad-hoc HR tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
