You'll support the Store Manager in hitting sales targets and developing a passionate team, all while creating an amazing in-store experience for customers. 📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising).
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 lbs.
