You'll serve as a subject matter expert configuring and maintaining Epic Revenue Cycle applications for large health systems. You'll drive measurable improvements in denials, billing accuracy, and patient access workflows. This fully remote role lets you collaborate with stakeholders nationwide on enterprise-level transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Epic Revenue Cycle strategy to align operational needs with IT capabilities.
• Perform system build, configuration, testing, and maintenance following change control.
• Partner with leadership to identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Analyze KPIs like denials, coding accuracy, and authorization workflows to recommend enhancements.

📋 Requirements

• Active Epic Certification in a Revenue Cycle module.
• 3+ years of hands-on Epic build experience in billing, patient access, or revenue cycle workflows.
• Strong understanding of hospital or ambulatory revenue cycle operations and financial processes.
• Experience with system implementation, configuration, testing, and Epic change control.
