You'll lead a team of analysts driving customer insights across the post-sales journey. You will shape data-informed decisions that improve retention, expansion, and customer value. This role offers high leverage to build scalable analytics and AI-enabled decision support.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and empower a team of analysts.
- Partner with leaders to define success metrics and uncover opportunities.
- Develop frameworks, models, and dashboards for customer lifecycle insights.
- Establish prioritization and scalable ways of working.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in analytics or data science roles.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Experience with customer lifecycle analytics (onboarding, retention, churn).
- Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

- Experience in SaaS or subscription businesses.
