You'll lead a team of analysts driving customer insights across the post-sales journey. You will shape data-informed decisions that improve retention, expansion, and customer value. This role offers high leverage to build scalable analytics and AI-enabled decision support.

  • Lead, coach, and empower a team of analysts.
  • Partner with leaders to define success metrics and uncover opportunities.
  • Develop frameworks, models, and dashboards for customer lifecycle insights.
  • Establish prioritization and scalable ways of working.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in analytics or data science roles.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience with customer lifecycle analytics (onboarding, retention, churn).
  • Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription businesses.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in analytics.
