Description

You will drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying leads, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts. You'll collaborate with New Business Representatives to build customer relationships and support the full sales lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years successful track record in sales development or sales (technology, B2B)
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Research target accounts and generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to understand needs and communicate product benefits
  • Assess leads against ideal customer profiles and qualify opportunities
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and support reporting and forecasting
