🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively reach out to graduate population for eligibility assessment
• Maintain precise documentation and update student profiles
• Coordinate web application and onboarding requests with support teams
• Source candidates and conduct interviews from existing graduate pool

📋 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with time management abilities
• Computer literacy to navigate technology required for the role

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years sales or staffing experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Teams
• Experience in employment staffing or career services
