🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team with 1:1s and feedbacks.
• Define and track CRM OKRs, prioritizing roadmap by business impact.
• Manage CRM channels: policies, processes, documentation, and performance.
• Create and communicate CRM governance processes.
• Plan and control platform and channel budget.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in leadership roles (coordination or supervision).
• Experience with CRM Marketing operations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to transform data into strategic decisions.
• Clear and influential communication.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Personalization, and Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL and data.
• Experience in Martech leadership.
