💼 About This Role

You'll lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment, preparing beautiful, orderly spaces that invite exploration and support independence. Through careful observation and individualized lessons, you'll help each child develop language, coordination, self-regulation, and confidence. This role offers fully sponsored Montessori certification and a collaborative, supportive network of peers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Observe each child closely to support their development

📋 Requirements

• Interest in pursuing Montessori certification through Prepared Montessorian Institute (or previously earned diploma)
• Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a group care setting
• Alignment with child-led educational approaches (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar)
• Required ECE or Child Development credits and a Bachelor's degree (Child-related field)
