🎯 What You'll Do

• Support sales plan achievement and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team.
• Create buzz and customer engagement via promotions and social media.
• Manage shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and associate schedules.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Skills in communication, recruiting, and operations (payroll, scheduling, merchandising).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate store.
