You'll manage user reports end-to-end, from investigation to resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll act as a mediator in disputes and proactively identify risks through data analysis. This role drives trust and safety by improving dispute resolution processes and reducing repeat incidents.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Handle user escalations from investigation to final decision
- Mediate disputes and assess behavioral patterns proactively
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
- Analyze data to improve quality and speed of resolutions
📋 Requirements
- English B1 or higher
- Analytical skills to process large volumes of information
- Investigation and problem-solving skills
- Customer experience background in support, disputes, or moderation

- Experience in moderation or online safety
- Familiarity with Zendesk or CRM systems
- Experience with Tableau or Notion
