You'll manage user reports end-to-end, from investigation to resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll act as a mediator in disputes and proactively identify risks through data analysis. This role drives trust and safety by improving dispute resolution processes and reducing repeat incidents.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle user escalations from investigation to final decision
  • Mediate disputes and assess behavioral patterns proactively
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements
  • Analyze data to improve quality and speed of resolutions

📋 Requirements

  • English B1 or higher
  • Analytical skills to process large volumes of information
  • Investigation and problem-solving skills
  • Customer experience background in support, disputes, or moderation

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in moderation or online safety
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or CRM systems
  • Experience with Tableau or Notion
