💼 About This Role

You'll lead Samba's agency development in Southern Europe, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with holding companies and advertisers. Your core impact will be establishing Samba as a market leader in the region by building long-term client relationships and exceeding data revenue targets. This role offers a foundational opportunity to shape the company's presence in dynamic EU markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategic relationships with holding company leaders across Southern Europe
• Drive revenue growth via local GTM strategies and enterprise-level data agreements
• Exceed data revenue targets through consultative selling and complex negotiations
• Host QBRs and provide education and enablement to agency partners

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial Ad-tech and data sales experience at data platforms, Ad networks, DSP, DMP, SSP
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals
• Deep understanding of the digital, ad tech and data ecosystem
• Excellent presentation and reporting skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce

✨ Nice to Have

• French speaking is highly preferred
• Other EU language skills are a plus
• Experience with DAAS/SAAS
