💼 About This Role
You'll design firmware for embedded hardware, from concept to functional prototype, for the Imaging team at Anduril. You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to define, build, and test prototypes for new product lines. This role offers the chance to impact defense technology with cutting-edge computer vision and sensor systems.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Design firmware for embedded hardware from concept to prototype
- Write C/C++ for ARM processors in FPGAs, SoCs, and SoMs
- Troubleshoot issues spanning electrical and software boundaries
- Work with hardware/software engineers for component selection
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience developing firmware for embedded processors using C/C++
- Experience with configuration control systems like Git
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
✨ Nice to Have
- 5+ years of experience with FPGA devices
- Experience with common communication busses like SPI, I2C, CAN
- Knowledge of embedded Linux development
