Description

You will provide hands-on technical leadership to build a no-code or low-code platform for marketing teams to author, segment, and plan lifecycle management of communications across onsite and offsite channels. You will work with cross-functional partners to solve problems that directly impact business growth, and mentor other engineers to foster a culture of technical quality.

Requirements

• 9+ years in a hands-on software engineering role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or equivalent experience
• Technical leadership: leading project teams, setting technical direction, mentoring
• Passionate about efficiency, availability, technical quality, and system quality
• Experience defining product/technical strategy and driving alignment with cross-functional leaders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments

Responsibilities

• Design the future state of platform and systems with a product-first mentality
• Lead engineers in building technical solutions
• Participate in developing product and UX requirements with designers, PMs, and stakeholders
• Nurture a culture of technical quality from design through production operations
• Mentor other engineers in technical and collaboration skills
